Both our sons went there our oldest has been out of Garrettford for over 9 years now and still talks about it our youngest is leaving 8th into 9th he never really mentions DHM except to say he is glad to be out of there mind you he always talks about Garrettford , Mr.Mcgallister, Mr. Welsh, and good ol Mr. Caldwel. My oldest is in 5th grade, having attended since 1st grade. She is already upset at the idea of leaving the school at the end of the year. The children love the teachers and the principal is WONDERFUL!!! I recommend this school highly. Unfortunatley because we are moving this will be he last year attending Garrettford. This is a exceptional school. He has made many friends. When he struggled they made sure he got the help he needed. But he did so well he has grown into a very bright student. The teachers are very good. Another beautiful building that has recently been updated. The staff and students are caring and respectful. They take pride in thier school. The education is first rate.
