TERRIBLE!!!! This shop is by far the worst bridal shop I've ever been in. I originally bought my wedding gown, which was paid in full that day) at a trunk show at the shop. I was told that they would hold it for for me until I was ready to be fitted. In the mean time I actually decided I was not thrilled with the dress and ended up purchasing the original dress I loved from another shop. When I called to see when I can pick it up I was given the worst attitude. At one point I was asked if the dress was not good enough for me and told that they did not have time to get the dress for me any time soon. I was horrified by this behavior. Who are they to ask me that or tell me I can not have a gown that I own! Well before that whole situation my girlfriend (who got her wedding gown at the same trunk show) decided on a bridesmaid dress from L&H. We placed the order and all of us were told that we would pay the balance of the dress when we came for our fittings which were suggested Oct/Nov. Well the dresses are now in and all of the bridesmaids, with the exception of me, have received a call saying the dresses need to be picked up with in a relatively short period of time. This is posing a few problems for most of us. When we called to see if we could make payment arrangements we were basically mocked and disrespected. The owner and her staff are just completely rude. Also, while on the phone trying to explain the issues they were slamming the bride saying it is not the shops fault she made us order them early and that she lied to us about having to order them when we did. When paying so much money (a lot of area shops give better prices...call around!!!) you wuold not expect to get this treatment from anyone. Especially when their associates tell you conflicting policies. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. There are so many really nice and accomodating shops in the area. Please for your sanity and the people you are with...go somewhere else!!!

RUDE!!!! Without any all the details..The women there is very rude and unwilling to help me a bride. I dont know who they will stay in business with customer service like her. It is her job. Some people are just miserable...STAY AWAY..
