Hush Salon Philadelphia, nestled in the heart of Old City, is quickly becoming the area's most talked about salon. At Hush Salon Philadelphia we use quality Cutler and Redken products to meet all of our clients' hair color and styling needs in an intimate, simple, yet chic atmosphere.
The staff members at Hush Salon Philadelphia are experts at numerous haircutting and dimensional color techniques and are well versed in the art of color correction. We pride ourselves on keeping current with styling trends by participating in New York Fashion Week, collaborating on photo shoots, and interpreting the looks on the street. Looking for a new "hair" home after moving here from DC. Ruth did a great job on my color and Pam was terrific with the cut. They made suggestions and asked for my ideas and it all worked out nicely. I've gotten many compliments already and will definitely be back.
Pros: Very talented stylists and reasonable prices
Cons: Walking through a gym to get to their location

I have gone to the same salon since I moved to Philadelphia and needed a change. Saw Hush Salon in Philly Mag and wanted to give a try. I was nervous to try a new salon but was comfortable from the moment I walked in. Ruth did an amazing job on my color and Pam gave me the best haircut. Everyone was so relaxed and friendly, I can't wait to go back! The prices are very reasonable!

I saw Hush in Philadelphia magazine and decided to give it a try. I have been going to the same salon for 15 years, so to no surprise I was very hesitant on trying somewhere new. Ruth did my color and did an amazing job!!! It looks very natural and soft. Pam did my haircut..she too was amazing. They both took their time and and you can tell they are passionate about their jobs. I will definitely return!

Adrienne and Carlos are awesome! I have been going to them for a year now, and I won't ever go anywhere else. Adrienne is superb at color, and will guide you towards the perfect color for both your skin and personality... She is fabulous, and will make you look and feel amazing! Carlos has given me the best haircuts I have ever had! He is quite a perfectionist. The combo of the two is priceless! The salon itself is always clean, and inviting. All the employees are friendly and genuinely happy to be part of this team. Best salon in Philly!

I've been a devotee of Adrienne for nearly 10 years in NY -- and when she's busy, I would happily go to Carlos or Pam (all of whom are now in Philly!). They all have the same great, funny, relaxed vibe and it's a pleasure to spend the hour with them. What I love about going is that while they offer thoughts or suggestions about your style, they always ask you FIRST what you are looking for, and work with that. I've never felt pushed or overly encouraged to do something I wasn't comfortable with! And they really take into account your lifestyle (ie, I am super lazy with my hair, and they always give me a cut that's pretty, chic, and just-edgy-enough while still being very low-maintenance).
I should add, my husband, who is a total boy's boy, spent 29 years of his life happily going to a regular barbershop. He now rearranges his work schedule to see Carlos.
I'm just sad that now in order to see them that I have to get on a Bolt bus to Philly! But it's totally worth it.
